Featuring Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Donald Duck, the image pays homage to the historic signing of the Declaration of Independence. The decorative plate is hand-numbered in an edition of 3000. Measuring 10.75” in diameter the plate is in very good condition with some wear around the gold detailing.
